Two decades of enterprise software experience, now focused on making AI pay for itself.

What I deliver

Enterprise AI consulting services

Pick one area or engage end-to-end. Every engagement starts with business value, not with a model.

AI strategy & readiness assessment

Map processes, data and systems; find the 5–10 use cases with the clearest ROI; produce a costed 90-day roadmap your board can approve.

Generative AI & LLM applications

Copilots for sales, support, HR and operations built on GPT, Claude, Gemini or open models — integrated with the tools your teams already use.

RAG knowledge assistants

“Chat with your documents” — policies, SOPs, contracts and manuals answered with citations, respecting each user’s access rights.

Private & self-hosted AI

Run open-source LLMs on-premise or in your own cloud when data cannot leave the building — ideal for banking, government and healthcare.

AI in intranet, ERP & CRM

Bring AI search, summaries and assistants into your intranet, ERP, CRM and approval workflows — including our own Creative Social Intranet.

AI governance, security & DPDP

Usage policies, model risk reviews, prompt-injection safeguards, audit logs and alignment with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act.

FAQ

Enterprise AI consulting — common questions

What does an enterprise AI consultant do?

An enterprise AI consultant identifies where AI can create measurable value, chooses the right models and architecture, builds or oversees a pilot, integrates it with existing systems such as ERP, CRM and intranet, and sets up the security and governance needed to run it at scale.

How much does AI consulting cost in India?

Cost depends on scope. A focused AI readiness assessment is a short, fixed-fee engagement; a production pilot is typically priced per use case; ongoing support is a monthly retainer. You get a written estimate after a free discovery call.

Can we use AI without sending our data to the cloud?

Yes. Open-source large language models can run on your own servers or private cloud, so documents and customer data never leave your environment. This is often the right choice for banks, government bodies and healthcare organisations.

How long does it take to launch a first AI use case?

A well-scoped pilot with real users usually takes four to six weeks, followed by hardening and rollout. Most of the time goes into data access, integration and user adoption, not the model itself.

Which AI models and platforms do you work with?

I am vendor-neutral: OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Microsoft Azure AI and open-source models such as Llama, Mistral and Qwen, plus orchestration frameworks and automation platforms. The choice is based on accuracy, cost, latency and data-residency needs.

Do you work with companies outside Mumbai?

Yes. I am based in Mumbai and regularly work with clients in Navi Mumbai, Thane and Pune, and remotely with organisations across India and abroad.
