Personal life · The Josh Machine
Discipline in the gym. Joy on the dance floor.
Tech geek by day, fitness freak by habit and a dancer at heart. Workouts keep me disciplined, dance keeps me joyful, and building Lego with my son keeps me curious — the same energy I bring to every client project.

Fitness · discipline
The gym is where discipline lives
“8 years of working on myself” — and counting. For me, working out isn’t a phase, it’s a discipline: show up, put in the reps, come back tomorrow. In my own words, it’s where “all the aggression, anger and negativity” gets “put to some productive use.”

Never miss a workout
Routine beats motivation — through injuries, travel and lockdowns.
The Josh Machine
Energy from the gym that carries straight into client work.
Fitness with purpose
From push-ups for charity to training with friends and family.
When the 2020 lockdown closed every gym, my son even built me a complete gym out of Lego for Father’s Day — see it here.
Dance · passion
Dancing is my happy place
“Dance is one thing that keeps you happy amidst the chaos of work and life.” If the gym is discipline, dance is pure passion — Bollywood choreography, garba and dandiya every Navratri, Zumba mornings and stage performances from the Powai Carnival to family sangeets.
